I'm not sure if spoons give anyone else a thrill (maybe it's just me), but an unusual spoon is often a major point of interest to a child. Honestly! Plus, it's possible that I might throw in a few other itty bitty treats...

favorite thing to eat from a spoon? cake batter!! that way you can use the edge of the spoon to scrape all that deliciousness off the bowl and into your mouth!

This is probably totally weird...but my favorite thing to eat from a spoon is the leftover Coconut Oil that is left after putting a spoonful in the pan to fry eggs. I LOVE YOUR SPOONS BTW!

Actually, I am rather a finger eating person..:) So my favorite thing to eat from a spoon would be tiramisu. So tasty!

Oh oh! I love eating hommus, pumpkin soup, brown rice with tamari and lemon with Atlantic salmon (yes I use a spoon for this - it seems to scoop the flavours better and it feels nice soft and smooth in my mouth), beef noodle soup.
ReplyDeleteBut prob my most fav is any deserts my friend K or S make as its always eye poppingly sensuous and just glides down. Oh - goose bumps!
I love spoons! I also collect all the interesting ones I can find for my classroom. What do I like to eat with a spoon? Ice cream and peanut butter! But not at the same time! I also have a silver spoon rack with spoons from all over the world for the children to polish. They always bring me the spoon before they polish it and say "where does this one come from?" or "I'm going to polish the spoon from Australia!"
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a little girl I would make my dad cup his hand for me - I'd fill it with hundreds and thousands cake sprinkles - and I would eat them out of his hand with a tiny mustard spoon! It is an enduring childhood memory - sadly I can't recall ever reliving the moment as an adult!

ReplyDeleteThey best thing to eat with a spoon is homemade soup on a cold winter day...Ok, but it is SO HOT here today I think Frozen Yogurt would be yummy to eat with one of those AMAZING spoons!
